Cristina Fernandez, Grandmother for the 2nd Time

BUENOS AIRES – Argentine President Cristina Fernandez became a grandmother for the second time when her daughter gave birth to a baby girl at a clinic in Buenos Aires.

The Argentina government kept totally silent about the birth and has not yet officially confirmed it, but on Sunday night the president was seen entering the Otamendi medical center together with 25-year-old Florencia, who was due to give birth the day before.

The newborn is the daughter of Florencia Kirchner and her boyfriend, Camilo Vaca Narvaja.

The Argentine president first became a grandmother in July 2013 with the delivery of her son Maximo’s child, christened Nestor Ivan in memory of his late grandfather, former President Nestor Kirchner.
