Computer Engineer, graduated from the Universidad Simon Bolivar in 1994. He has a Master's on Business Administration from the IESA, 1997.
He entered Tecnoconsult in the year 1997, where he has taken the positions of Operations and Engineering Controller. In addition, he is an active member of the Camara Venezolana de Construccion.
He has occupied his current post in Tecnoconsult since the year 2003.
