Corporate Manager of Sincor
Mrs. Mendez is a Sociologist graduated from the Universidad Andres Bello in 1973.
She has developed an intense professional work since 1973 as the Project and Programming Manager for the social and economic development of the local communities. She is an expert in dialog method and negotiation between governments, communities and corporations.
She is a founding member of the Centro al Servicio de la Accion Popular (Cesap).
She performed as a commissioner for the Ministry of Youth in order to program the development of the popular economy and the development of the society in 1984 and 1986.
From 1989 to 1992, she was a commissioner appointed by the President of the Republic for corporate affairs in representation of the cooperative movement integrated to the Central Corporativa Nacional de Venezuela (Ceconave).
She has also worked as a Senior Advisor in several social projects for PDVSA, Palmaven, Corporacion Venezolana de Guayana, and the World Bank.
From 1999 to 2001, she worked as the Director of Sustainable Development and External Affairs for Minca.
In May 2002, she was selected Corporate Manager of Sincor.
