Pulido, Luis E.

President of Sincor.

Luis Enrique Pulido Lopez took the presidency of Sincor in January, 2004. Licensed on Science and Military Arts from the Aviacion Militar de Venezuela, specialization on Aeronautics, 1979. He has also taken courses on Defense Systems Logistic Management, Euromissile, France, 1984; as well as a Master's on Business Administration from the Universidad de Zulia, 1997.

Mr. Pulido has a large experience on the national oil industry, specifically in PDVSA. He has held several management positions in such company, as South PDVSA District Manager (San Tome); Gas PDVSA District Manager (Anaco); Logistic Plataforma Deltana Project Manager (Puerto la Cruz); Loss Prevention and Control Manager for the Exploration, Production, and Petroleum and Gas Improvement in the Caracas Division; Control and Planning Manager , as well as Loss Prevention Manager for the Main Office.
