González Eraso, Federico

General Secretary of the Petroleum Chamber of Venezuela (CPV)

Chemical Engineer, graduated from the Massachussets Technological Institute, with revalidation at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and specialist on Security and Defense from the Instituto de Altos Estudios de Defensa Nacional (IAEDEN).

He has a large experience on different branches of the productive sector in private companies, as well as the government; in which he has taken management charges.
He was the Main Director of the Milk Industry Syndicate (Silsa), General Manager of Envases Plasticos Venezolanos, Vice-President and General Manager of Grupo de Empresas Ferre (owner of the C.A. Fabrica Nacional de Vidrio, among others), Main Director of Seguros Banvenez (currently Seguros Canaima), Main Director of Venalum, as well as Advisor of the Organizacion Polar in the plastic field. Besides from that, he was the President of Tecnofluor C.A., Director of the Grupo Tecnoconsult, in which he has been Director for over 15 years.
