President of the Petroleum Chamber of Venezuela (CPV)
Mr. Vincentelli is an Electric and Computer Engineer, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Michigan in 1973. He has a master's degree on Power Engineering, 1974. He also took the Advanced Management Program from the University of Harvard in 1994.
From 1974 to 1975, he was the investigation assistant at Power Systems Laboratory, University of Michigan. In 1975, he entered Inelectra, where he has been responsible of the Projects Management department for the oil industry, as well as for the petrochemical and basic industries.
He has performed as Director of the Projects Unit; Operations Vice-President , and Executive Vice-President of the Business, Engineering and Construction Unit.
He has held the presidency of this company since 1998, as well as de direction of several companies of the Inelectra group.
From 1975 to 1985, he was a professor for the pregraduates and postgraduates at the Universidad Simon Bolivar.
He has been a member of the Presidential Commission for the Petroleum Research, also member of the Consejo de Economia Nacional, Director of Fondibieca and Director of the Sociedad Venezolana de Ingenieros Consultores, among others.
