Villalobos, Nervis

Vice-Minister of Energy

Electric Engineer from the Universidad de Zulia, 1990.

He performed as System Planning Manager at the Energia Electrica de Venezuela, Zulia State in 1990 and 2001. He was also the Director of Energy at the Ministry of Energy and Mines, during the years 2000 and 2001.
Later he was appointed member of the Executive Board of Cadafe, while he was the Director of the Corporacion Venezolana de Guayana.
In the year 2002, he became the new Vice-MInister of Energy at the MEM. In 2003, he also took the position of President of Cadafe.
