Sweeting, Thomas G. Jr.

Tom Sweeting joined Korn / Ferry International as a Principal in June 1997.

Sweeting has over twenty years track record in banking and management consulting in the US and internationally, principally in Latin America.

He most recently served as Controller for Arthur D. Little in Venezuela and Colombia. Additionally he participated directly in management consulting assignments, primarily in the financial / banking sector.

Previously, he worked as Vice President and Credit Policy Officer, as well as Corporate Banking Manager for NCNB (Nations Bank) in Miami, Florida; headed up domestic corporate and correspondent banking activities for Barclays Bank in Florida. He started his banking career in the International Division at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company in New York.

Sweeting received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in History and Latin American Studies from Princeton University, and earned his Masters degrees in Business Administration and International Affairs from Columbia University.

Born in Key West, Florida, Sweeting has also lived in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City.
