Tineo Gamboa, Gustavo N.

Financial Consulting Director at Mendoza, Delgado, Labrador y Asociados; a member firm of Ernst & Young Global.

Born in Caracas, Mr. Tineo obtained his degree in business administration and economics from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1986 and a specialist degree in finance from the Universidad Metropolitana de Venezuela in 1989. He has attended yearly professional development courses, including specialization courses offered by Louisiana State University, Northwestern University and IESA. He has also participated as an instructor in numerous conferences, seminars and training sessions related to financial and economic matters in Venezuela and abroad.

Prior to joining Mendoza, Delgado, Labrador y Asociados; Mr. Tineo worked for more than seven years as senior financial manager in two major international advisory firms.

He is married to Ivette Castello and they have two children: Gustavo Enrique and Ignacio Enrique.
