The best kept secret of Los Vascos
To have a soft chocolate in your mouth, but also a woody complex flavor after sipping a little red wine, can be a wonderful experience,

especially when it comes to good grapes that produce excellent wine. That is the experience we had at the VIP Alianza Gourmet, the well-known gastronomic club that has gained lots of adepts since it was inaugurated.
This time, the appointment was set for wine tasting, directed by somelier Belkis Croquer, from Casa Oliveira, who guided us along the amazing trajectory of this unique Super Premium Los Vascos Le Dix. This exclusive wine commemorates the 10 working years of the Domaines Barons de Rothschild in Chile, which was awarded silver medal last year at the prestigious contest Catado Or Hyatt.
Only a selected group of journalists, chefs and close friends from gastronomy could try this exquisite bouquet with which I was very much enchanted.
The magnificent black cherry notes, tobacco leaves and the leather present in this experienced wine, makes you want to taste it infinite times!
