Saudi Arabia Foils Several Terrorist Plans, Detains 93 People

RIYADH – The Saudi Arabian Interior Ministry announced on Tuesday that its security forces were successful in preventing terrorist acts targeting several parts of the country, and arrested 93 people, including one woman, in the process.

Interior spokesman Col. Mansur al-Turki, was quoted by the official Saudi news agency, SPA, explaining that the plans were in “an advanced state of readiness.”
