Hola! Magazine Launches Argentine Edition

BUENOS AIRES – The Spanish magazine Hola! on Wednesday launched a local Argentine edition with a special 270-page issue that includes exclusive interviews and photographs from the Argentine show business world with reports on European royalty and the internationally famous personalities that regularly fill its pages.

Distributed on Wednesday free along with the Buenos Aires daily La Nacion, the issue devotes its cover to Argentine actress Juana Viale, the granddaughter of famous television host Mirtha Legrand, and it includes an interview with Uruguayan soccer star Diego Forlan and his girlfriend, Argentine model and television host Zaira Nara.

Some of the most popular personalities from Argentine show business – including TV diva Susana Gimenez – who on Tuesday night were at the inauguration party for the magazine in Buenos Aires also have been given space in this issue.

Covering the visits of well-known foreign performing artists to the Argentine capital promises to be one of the key elements of the magazine, who in its first edition reports on the details of ex-Beatle Paul McCartney’s visit to the city, where last week he offered two jam-packed concerts.

Hola!, with 10 million readers all over the world, is published in 14 countries and has its own edition in Brazil, Canada, Greece, Mexico, Britain, Russia and – now – Argentina. EFE
